Sales and account manager

Weʼre on the lookout for a sales and account manager who can bridge the gap between our innovative open source software tools and our customersʼ needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build relationships – Cultivate strong relationships both with our team and with clients, understanding their domains and unique requirements.
• Learn and grow – Develop a high-level understanding of our open source technologies, enabling you to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
• Consult and educate – Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, both existing and potential, to help them understand our toolsʼ capabilities.
• Sales lifecycle – Navigate the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Sales aptitude – A demonstrated interest in driving sales along with strong and convincing communication skills.
• Basic software knowledge – An understanding of software development fundamentals, enabling you to grasp the essence of our open source tools.
• Self-motivation – A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Language proficiency – Fluency in English and German for effective communication in a tech-driven environment.
